• The sgml file and the Makefile that I use to generate this page.

• The sgml-tools version that I use and the patch to compile with egcs (Thanks to RedHat).

  Note : since gcc 2.95.x and glibc 2.2.x , the nsgmls program from sgml-tools-1.0.9 doesn't compile anymore. So it's necessary to install openjade, to copy onsgmls as nsgmls and to configure the sgml-tools-1.0.9 with --with-installed-nsgmls to compile them.
