Available "english to french" translations of documents from snort.

1. Documents from snort 1.8.1

(01/08/25) Some documentations from snort-1.8.1, this is a work in progress so only a part of documentations is translated:
- (01/08/25) README (not translated: COPYRIGHT and USAGE - see the man page), README.FLEXRESP, README.PLUGINS, README.tcpstream, INSTALL (only snort specific parts are present), AUTHORS, BUGS and USAGE
(01/08/25) Manual page from snort 1.8.1:
- The manual page version
- The text page version
- the "expression" part isn't translated yet

(01/07/23) Some documentations from snort-1.8, this is a work in progress so only a part of documentations is translated:
